The Archive Explained

Introduction

Within the Zoi Meet Web Platform you can access your Archive where all your calls are stored. Within your archive you will not only find your call recordings and corresponding transcripts. You will also find conversational insights and the ability to create summaries and export options.

Highlighted Items

Your highlight items are detected by Zoi Meet during your meetings due to the "Triggers" which you can find in the top navigation menu. The highlighted items are taken from the transcript and presented in a "Highlighted Item list" so you can easily review and edit your follow-up activity.

Most Mentioned Words

Your most mentioned words  during your calls are collected by Zoi Meet and presented in a "cluster of words" that represents your discussion topics. The bigger the word is presented, the more it has been mentioned, during your call. The Most Mentioned Words features makes it easy to see how often you mention important subjects such as competitors, clients or even buying signals.

tip: if you click on the words it will filter your transcript and search all moments of your call where the word was mentioned.

Create your own summaries

Zoi Meet allows you to create your own summarized reports which you can share with your team or management. This way, you do not have to share the entire transcript with others, just the most important moments of the meeting.

  1. Click on the last left menu icon within the archive
  2. Find the most important parts of your conversation
  3. Drag and Drop the transcript bubbles from the right to the left side

Edit your transcript

Although we constantly improve the speech recognition within Zoi Meet, it will happen that some spoken knowledge is capture wrongly. This can happen due to accents, dialects or noisy environments. Therefore, we made it available for you to edit your transcript to correct these small errors in spelling or recognition.

1. Double click on the chat bubbles to edit the transcript text
2. Click outside of the bubble again to save your changes

Export your transcript 

Once your have reviewed and edited your latests calls you can export your call transcript, highlighted moments, summary and audio file so you can share this with your team, or upload it into another enterprise solution.

1. Click on the 3 dots on the top right to open up the export menu
