Inviting Zoi Meet through your calendar

Introduction

Zoi Meet can join your Zoom calls directly through a calendar invite when scheduling your call. Zoi Meet is able to join by scheduling through the Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar or the Zoom Application. Once Zoi Meet is invited, it will join at the scheduled time and date of your call as a participant. While you focus on the conversation, Zoi Meet will take care of your note taking, without interupting your call.

UPDATE - There have been some security setting changes by Zoom for Free Accounts which now will always require you to add a "Password" in the calendar description when inviting Zoi MeetWe advise to copy the entire invitation from Zoom and paste this into your calendar description. Additionally, you will also have to Admit Zoi Meet into your meeting once dialed-in, just like any other participant.

Make sure your Zoom settings are set

Zoi Meet can only join the Zoom calls if you enabled the "Telephone and Computer Audio" call in option. This setting is found when you schedule your calls through the Zoom Application. Once this is enabled once, the setting will remain enabled.

Check your settings when scheduling your Zoom call and make sure to turn on Telephone and Computer Audio dial-in - See image below for setting
